The plug is detached in the package and the power cord can be removed from the socket body.

The Smart 511 and 521 sensors have an average response distance of 1-5 cm. The detection sensitivity distance also depends on the materials used around. If the object to be detected is too far from the sensor, the sensor will not respond and turn the lights on or off.
In addition to the correct distance and other reflections, also check that the sensor is clean and free of dirt.The sensor can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use strong cleaners.

24 V luminaires, such as profile and furniture luminaires, generally use 0.34 mm2 cables.
The length of the cable is 3 m and with the extension cable the maximum length is 6 m.
For 240 V luminaires, such as panel luminaires and pendant luminaires, the wire thickness is 0.75 mm2.
The cord lengths vary depending on the model and the cord between the power supply and the luminaire cannot be extended.

24 V luminaires, such as profile luminaires and furniture luminaires, can only be dimmed from the secondary side of the power supply with the Limente dimmer.
The Smart 500 series products are used for this purpose.
Pendant luminaires and 240 V panel luminaires can be dimmed from the primary side of the power supply with the Smart 580 dimmer and Smart 500 series controller.
Please note that if you also want to adjust the color temperature, in addition to the CCT LED strip, you must order a suitable CCT controller and a CCT dimmer ( Smart 571 light control set or Smart 572 light control set).

The IP rating system is the system used in Europe to determine the sealing effectiveness of electrical equipment. The rating indicates the protection of the device against external threats such as dust and water. The content of the classification is given in IEC 60529. The entry consists of the text IP (Ingress Protection), two numbers and optional lettering.
The first number indicates how well protected the device is from foreign objects and dust. The higher the number, the better sealing the products has.
- 0: Not protected
- 1: Protected against large objects, diameter 50 mm or more.
- 2: Protected against medium-sized parts, diameter over 12.5 mm.
- 3: Protected against small parts, diameter over 2.5 mm.
- 4: Protected against very small parts, diameter over 1 mm.
- 5: Protected from dust. It does not require complete sealing, but harmful dust accumulations must not occur.
- 6: Completely sealed and dust proof
The second number indicates the protection of the device against water and moisture. The higher the number the better the product is resistant to moisture.

Limente 24V LED luminaires have a 3 meter long cable and in most luminaires an additional 3 meter extension cable is available. For these luminaires, the cable can be extended to a maximum total length of 6 m with an extension cable.

The color rendering index tells you how well the light produced reproduces the color tones of the illuminated subject. In general, CRI values in excess of 80 are considered acceptable.

> What is the correct color temperature?

Choosing the right color temperature is often a matter of taste and preference.
However, it has been found that for demanding tasks, it is recommended to use neutral or cool color temperatures such as 4000 to 5000 K. Many people also read faster in light that contains blue wavelengths of 460 to 480 nm that are important for the rod cells of the eye. Blue wavelength also stops the secretion of melatonin, a sleep hormone, into the bloodstream more quickly, which can have a sleep-disturbing effect.
The warm light of 2700 K, on the other hand, has a calming effect. Another significant factor is ambient lighting and coloring. In white spaces, yellowish warm light can appear stale and blue light too cold, especially when combined with warm tones.
The Limente series lights have luminaires with both fixed and adjustable color temperature. For luminaires with fixed color temperature, we have come close to a pure white shade and the color temperature is about 4000 K and for a warmer shade 3000 K. The adjustment range of the adjustable luminaires is very wide, being about 2700 - 6000 K.

LED lamps are a very long-lasting and energy-efficient light sources. They ignite immediately and do not contain, for example, toxic mercury. The color temperature of the LED can be selected as desired and it is also easy to adjust if necessary. In addition, the LEDs are also resistant to mechanical stress and very small in size, enabling many new applications.
It should be noted, however, that there are also very different types of LEDs. Not all LEDs are long-lasting and not all LEDs produce high-quality light.
In traditional luminaires, a significant portion of the energy used is converted into heat rather than light, as intended. Thus, proportionally more energy is required to produce the desired amount of light. With LEDs, the corresponding efficiency is significantly better and almost all the energy used can be converted into light.

General things about lighting
- Good lighting affects eye health. Stress symptoms and health problems are reduced in good lighting.
- Visual acuity in 60-year-olds averages half that of a 20-year-old. The 60-year-old needs 12 times the light intensity to get the same visual impression as the 20-year-old.
- The color of the light substantially increases the availability of the right information about the environment. Light and color also affect a person's state of mind and work efficiency.
- Achieving the health and other benefits of light requires fairly intense lighting, with an illuminance of more than 1,500 lux.
- It is worth replacing the old lamp. At best, replacing a traditional light bulb with LED bulbs will cut your electric bill by up to a quarter.
- Lighting can be used to change the dimensions of the space. By directing the light upwards or using recessed the lamps in the ceiling, a room can be made to look like the ceiling is higher. The feeling of high space can be correspondingly lowered and reduced with pendant lights, which leave the roof, corners and wall surfaces shaded.
