A light directing corner profile fixture with completely dot-free strip

LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 DOB is part of the LIMENTE DOB collection, designed to offer maximum lifespan and top technical features, such as excellent color rendering. This versatile, trimmable task and mood light is suitable for all spaces where a light profile can be installed in a corner. The fixture features a wider beam angle, making it ideal for locations where light needs to be distributed generously throughout the surroundings. The seamless profile creates a polished look, and the light is elegantly continuous without any distracting joints.

LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 DOB is available in standard lengths of 2 and 4 meters. The LED strip can be cut to the desired length at approximately 3 cm intervals, allowing for various customized solutions. Only the best components are used as standard in the DOB model, ensuring excellent efficiency (up to 144 lm/W) and near-perfect color rendering (CRI >90, ensuring the colors of the illuminated object appear as natural as possible). It features a light output of 1300 lm/m and a color temperature of either 3000K or 4000K. The light from the fixture is completely dot-free, making it ideal for the low-profile Luxor housing where the strip is positioned close to the diffuser. All lighting values are provided for the LED strip without the cover.

In addition to the LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 DOB, the fixture is available in three other IP44 versions: IP44 (IP44, CRI >90, 3000K and 4000K), IP44 (IP44, CRI >85, 4000K), and the IP44 CCT model with adjustable color temperature (IP44, CRI >80, 2700K–6000K). A compatible 24 V power supply must be used with LUXOR. Suitable options are listed alongside the products. Aluminum profiles and LED strips are also available separately.

Dimming and lightcontrol

Appropriate lighting for any occasion is made easy with our dimming and lighting control system. You can easily change the lighting and ambience in your home from efficient and bright to dim and cozy by dimming your LIMENTE LUXOR with our wireless system. You can use the same switch to adjust all the LIMENTE lights in the room, including various ceiling, panel and profile lights. The light adjusts smoothly at the same time while creating ambience for working, entertaining or any mood in between.

LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 B is dimmable either with LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC, LUXUS ja GREENLINE series 24V dimmer (no. 640540) and wireless wall switches (no. 640541, 640542, 640543, 640544, 640546 and 640547). The dimmer is installed between the power supply and the fixture. The dimmer includes a similar manifold to the one included in the power supply. You can connect up to 6 LIMENTE lights to one dimmer, as long as the maximum load (W) of the power supply is not exceeded.

LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 B is also dimmable with a Dali driver (LEDDALI100). The driver is controlled by either a 240 V Dali controller or a push button switch, utilizing the "Push Dim" function.

Installation

The installation of the LIMENTE LUXOR IP44 DOB is quick and easy using the included installation accessories.

The power supply cable (which can be hidden, for example, behind a cabinet) is positioned so that the male connector is near the power supply and the female connector is near the LUXOR profile. The power supply cables located at both ends of the LED strip allow the LUXOR IP44 DOB to be used as two separate fixtures. The LUXOR IP44 DOB can also be used at its full length (2 m or 4 m), in which case the cable at one end is cut off. The LED strip can be shortened to the desired length at intervals of approximately 3 cm. As standard, both ends feature a fixed 5 cm cable plus a separate 300 cm long cable. If this is not sufficient, you can order an extension cable (3 m), item number 681588. A maximum of one extension cable can be connected per fixture cable, allowing for a total cable length of up to 6 meters. Please ensure that the cables are long enough for your installation and that the maximum load of the power supply is not exceeded.

The lighting profile is cut to the desired length and secured using the included hidden clips. Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape on the LED strip and press the strip into the profile. Finally, connect the power supply cable to the LED strip and the power supply using the quick connectors.
